Issue/Introduction

When running a report in CA Configuration Automation, getting an error: CCA-RT-6053: Execution of report "Server Inventory(Server)" failed. - Failed to run the report.

Environment

Release: 12.8

Component: CA Configuration Automation

Resolution

 Please follow the below steps to resolve the problem.

1. Stop the CCA Server service
2. Go to the CCA Server installation directory
3. Take the backup of JRE folder
4. After that go to inside jre ->lib directory
5. Delete the fonts directory
6. Start the CCA Server service

Please execute the Jasper reports.
