WPs won't start correctly after an upgrade. The database is on PostgreSQL. The logs show the following messages:

Open ucsrv.ini
Find the [TRACE] section and update the line:
database=0
to:
database=9
Attempt to start the WP again, reproducing the error.
Open a case with Broadcom Support and attach the WP log and trace file
