Resolving the following error: A067 CA COMMON SVCS EASYTRIEVE USAGE ERROR - SQL FILES NOT ALLOWED

Issue/Introduction

Customers with Security products (ACF2, Top Secret) who are using the Compliance Information Analysis (CIA) feature and have installed Pan/SQL and are using the Easytrieve Service component of Common Services release 11.0 may receive this error when running reports:

Environment

 

Common Services release 11.0, containing the Easytrieve component release 6.4 0311 

Pan/SQL 2.4C

Security products (ACF2 and/or Top Secret) 

Resolution

 

PTFs QO87326 and QO89704 must be applied to the Easytrieve Service component of Common Services release 11.0.

The Easytrieve component supplied is Easytrieve release 6.4 genlevel 0311, and the PTFs are available under Support Portal.
