Issue/Introduction

0365 Securlet did not activate and an error is given.
 
Error: Securlet is not activated, because the authorizing user does not exist in CloudSOC.

Resolution

Verify there is a CloudSOC SysAdmin with the same email address as the Global Admin user's email address in Microsoft.

Additional Information

CloudSOC checks the Microsoft Global Admin account during activation and requires a matching CloudSOC SysAdmin with the same email address.

We recommend using this CloudSOC SysAdmin account to login into CloudSOC when performing the activation, but it is not required.
