"Unexpected cached data found" error while trying to join the domain

Issue/Introduction

Proxy is not able to successfully join the domain with following error - "Unexpected cached data found"

Cause

Unknown.

Resolution

Please execute the following CLI command:

• ProxySG > enable
• ProxySG # config t
• ProxySG (config)# security windows-domains
• ProxySG (config windows-domains) # no-cache enable

 

and retry joining the domain.

 

If needed reboot the device
