RDP / Web Portal Connection is very slow after upgrade to Privileged Access Manager (a.k.a PAM ) 4.0.1.
It configured with Session Recording and very huge files in external storage, 40,000 over files.
This environment is AWS Appliance and External Storage configured on S3 buckets.
Release : 4.0.1 or so (and up)
Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT
reduce files within 10,000 or less as workaround.
The problem seems depend on numbers of files.
reduce files on external storage to another storage within 10,000 or less as workaround.
Also, customer should upgrade to PAM 4.1.1 which is changed for saved files path.
