Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: Status report copy action in classic PPM moves the status report between projects

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a PROJECT B and Create a status report B
2. Create a PROJECT A and Create a status report A
3. Open Status Report A and hit copy action
   
   
   
   
   
4. From the list of available Status Reports choose B
5. Hit Save and Return: Notice how the PROJECT name changes in the status report A
   
6. Save and return 

Expected Results: 
Status report B details copied to Status report A

Actual Results:
Status report A moved to project B and no status report under project A.
