Issue/Introduction

DX NetOps Spectrum SAML integration is not authenticating. The error seen in the tomcat catalina.out log is 

Error: No keyinfo supplied in the SAML signature. SAML token security failure 

 

Environment

Release : 22.2 and 23.3

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

The following steps were taken to resolve issue.

1. The keyinfo was added in the IDP server config.

2. The entity id was updated on the IDP server

from /spectrum

to URL

For example:  https://hostname:8443/spectrum/ on the OneClick  server. 

3. Restart tomcat.
