CASB Gateway Advanced CASB Audit


Audit datasource is stuck processing.
Latest date is older than normally expected, usually greater than 48hrs. (Latest date depends on factors such as the proxy configuration and the amount of data, being sent to CASB).
Currently Processing is data that has been sent the CloudSOC backend and is actively being processed whereas In Queue is waiting to be batched and processed.

Processing Status currently processing is not being reduced and or  In Queue is increasing.





Contact Technical Support with screenshots of the datasource processing status and configuration, include the datasourceID.

Data stuck processing could be a back-end issue that Symantec will need to examine.
