Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) 14.3 RU5 コンソールの [監視] - [ログ] でメモリエクスプロイト緩和機能のログをエクスポートしようとすると、「クエリー失敗」と表示されエクスポートできない。

Resolution

この問題は Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.3 RU6 で修正されました。最新の SEP バージョンの入手方法については、下記の技術文書を参照してください。

回避策:

  1. 英語版技術文書に添付された FirewallQueries.zip をダウンロードし、解凍します。
  2. SEPM コンソールからログアウトします。
  3. <SEPM インストールフォルダ>\Php\Include\Firewall\FirewallQueries.php のバックアップを取り、別の場所に移動します
  4. 手順 1 でダウンロードした FirewallQueries.php に置き換えます。
  5. SEPM コンソールにログインし、問題が解消されたことを確認してください。
