Issue/Introduction

How can we grab the logs from an NMP in Windows?  Where is the N10's log files stored?

Environment

If you need If you require getting additional log files and configurations from a Windows client, you can copy the log files from the Windows folder:

C:\Program Files\AppNeta\NativeMonitoringPoint 

 

Resolution

You can zip the following folders to provide more details:  C:\Program Files\AppNeta\NativeMonitoringPoint 

C:\Program Files\AppNeta\NativeMonitoringPoint\config 

and

C:\Program Files\AppNeta\NativeMonitoringPoint\logs
