CSM Update Product fails with zowe-smpe-package-1.18.0.zip' does not exist!

Issue/Introduction

Performing the 'Update Product Release' in CSM(MSM) for Endevor 19.0 encounters the 'Failed' status due to the error: zowe-smpe-package-1.18.0.zip' does not exist!

Component : Chorus Software Manager

Resolution

Although the 'Update Product Release' failed with the error: zowe-smpe-package-1.18.0.zip' does not exist! all of the other Endevor 19.0 media components were downloaded and available for the install.  The benign error: zowe-smpe-package-1.18.0.zip' does not exist! can be ignored.
