Issue/Introduction

Jobs fail with exit code 13. The error in the joblog spool file indicates that the agent is getting a permission denial when creating spool files...

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

Check the permissions on the entire agent directory tree and make sure the job owners have write permission all the way down the tree. This is also true for the job's std_out/err paths.
