Cause
The abends are occurring because the OPIIAREA structure is loading in PLPA and is in key 0.
It's assumed to be in the private area in key 8.
This area should no be in PLPA because it is written to frequently by the OPSBCPII Server.
Resolution
Remove all the OPII* modules from LPA.
