Workspaces and Time Critical Management Console Pages won't load

Issue/Introduction

Clicking in the SMP Console on Home>Endpoint Management Workspaces or Home>Time Critical Management produces the following error.

There is no build provider registered for the extension '.cshtml'. You can register one in the <compilation><buildProviders> section in machine.config or web.config. Make sure is has a BuildProviderAppliesToAttribute attribute which includes the value 'Web' or 'All'.

Environment

ITMS 8.6 RU2 with Point Fixes v1.

Resolution

Updating to ITMS 8.6 RU3 fixed this issue.
