Issue/Introduction

Application server is not coming up in DR Production server

getting error while starting autosys, as we are in bubble up, we are not able to download any logs, only we can attach error screenshot. 

E150003: An error occurred during authentication. An Invalid username or password entered

When searched user in EEM Console 'Manage Identities'

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component :EEM 

Cause

EEM unable to find the users in the LDAP

Even it is connecting successful but not to right AD

Resolution

In This Scenario:

EEM Successfully Binding to LDAP However, Not the right AD.

After correcting User DN fields with right format and server :509 

Work with Active Directory team to get right Base DN and User DN values to connect with LDAP from EEM.
