Unexpected shutdown of Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

We had an unexpected shutdown of the Web Viewer task.  Not an abend, but what appears to be a 'clean' shutdown in the middle of the day.

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR USS

Cause

Insufficient heap size. java/lang/OutOfMemoryError

Resolution

Database problems with many error messages . There have been no problems at all since the Heap Size was increased in the Tomcat task. 

Set  IJO="$IJO -Xms1024m -Xmx6144m"  (it was 4096m).
