! Undefined error when accessing MUX and File "XXX" not found in path

Issue/Introduction

When you log in to the Modern UX you see '!Undefined' message at the top.  The message periodically shows up while working in Clarity.

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

 

Cause

The file for the Header Logo in System settings cannot be found or is corrupted

Resolution

IN MUX - 

1. Go to Administration>>System Settings
2. Under Header Logo, click 'Upload New Logo'
3. Upload an image file
4. If you want to use the default Clarity logo, then click 'Delete' after uploading.
