Some of Global Delivery portlets error out after 16.0.3 upgrade in SaaS

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to 16.0.3 we get error Sorting by the column specified is not allowed.

Error on app log is Sorting by the column specified is not allowed. was not found in file: messages_en.properties

In display we are not sort the field by column. If we remove the column field the results are display on screen.

Cause

One of the lookups is reading from information_schema.columns

It appears column level collation specifications are there in PG14 DBs, while the same are non-existent in the PG11 DB.

Resolution

Global Delivery team is looking into correcting this on their end.

Workaround: Remove Column Name from List Configuration of the portlet.
