DAY020/INCR020 SAS STOPOVER error - ABEND U0999

Issue/Introduction

After applying RMF7170, the DAY020 or INCR020 step might ABEND with a U0999 SAS STOPOVER
error.  MICS sites whose Integrated Cryptographic Services Facility (ICSF) data level is greater than
21, and who have not applied IBM APAR OA59330 will encounter this ABEND if they apply RMF7170.

*Both RMF7170 and RMF7172 are superseded by RMF7174. 

Additional Information

CIRCUMVENTION:
Excluding RMF type 70 subtype 2 records, using #BASEXIT will avoid the ABEND
