SPE logs both a SSE/TLS error and a scan result for the same transaction

Issue/Introduction

After noticing a large number of SSL/TLS failures, a closer examination of the logs for Symantec Protection Engine reveals that the SSL/TLS failure events co-incide with other results for the same scan request.

Cause

This is a cosmetic defect. 

Resolution

When both a SSL/TLS error and another scan result are logged for the same scan request, ignore the SSL/TLS failure and rely on or investigate the other log entry.
