Timeline task WBS cannot be resized

Issue/Introduction

Log WBS levels are cropped in the tasks timeline view and it is not possible to resize the WBS column.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the Modern UX, open a project and the tasks timeline view.
2. Create multiple levels of child tasks, so that their WBS level is long (e.g.: 6.3.1.1.1.1.1)
3. WBS level is cropped (6.3.1.1....)

Expected Results: Resizing the WBS column makes the full WBS level text appear.

Actual Results: It is not possible to resize the WBS column. Hovering the field does not show any tooltip so it is not possible to check the full WBS text.
