Classic PPM Gantt issue regarding editing of fields after 16.0.3 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: After clicking on numerous fields after a time the Classic PPM Gantt stops allowing additional field edits.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to Modern UX
2. Open a project with many tasks.
3. Click on Actions->PPM Gantt
4. After clicking on start and finish dates after a time the Classic Gantt stops allowing additional field edits.  
5. They will appear editable until after a summary Task getting expanded or if user expands all tasks causing user to scroll to see other tasks. 

Expected Results: It should allow to edit task fields

Actual Results: It does not allow to edit task fields
