Does Symantec Management Console support any type of Multi-Factor Authentication

Issue/Introduction

Does Symantec Management Console support any type of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?  Support has had requests for integrations with Azure MFA, Okta, VIP, etc.  Are any of these supported?

ITMS 8.x

Resolution

At this time MFA is not supported.  Product Management is always reviewing requested features to include in future versions and this feature may be added at some future date to the product.

Work is being done to integrate ITMS Console and Software Portal with Microsoft Azure AD, Google Gmail and AWS however we have no current commitment on when these features will be available.
