UIM 20.4 CU4/CU5 - alarm viewer blank when removing "Creation time and date" column

Issue/Introduction

UIM 20.4 OC4 Alarm Viewer goes blank after removing "Creation time and date" column

 

Steps to reproduce the issue: 

 

1. Login to OC

3. Edit Columns > Remove the column "Creation time and date" column

4. Move to Groups

5. Go back to Alarm Viewer and you can see that the alarm viewer is broken: 

 

 

Below is the output of the Default UMPALARMVIEWERINFO when removing the  "Creation time and date" column:

Restart Relogin and Clear Cache Does NOT help resolve the issue.

The only option is to run the query-> delete from UMPALARMVIEWERINFO [for that particular user]

Cause

• DE545910 - Defect

Resolution

• The issue is confirmed as fixed in UIM 20.4 CU6
• As a temporary workaround, edit the columns again and re-add the  "Creation Time & Date" column.
