Followed process of deactivating and "Activating the O365 Securlet"
After filling all necessary fields and clicking on "Import Sites" or "Import via CSV" there is a resulting red banner appearing in the top right corner of the CloudSoc window:
Internal Server error. Reference: XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX
The error reference ID changes if we try on different browsers or when using incognito mode in Chrome.
In this case some Site's have incorrect fields in the backend DB which needed to be fixed.
NOTE: "Internal Server error" is a generic error, reason behind may be different each time
CloudSOC Engineering re-produced the issue after they discovered the exception is occurring for sites which have owner=null
This issue needs to be raised to CloudSOC Engineering to assist in checking the backend for incorrect fields in the database.

Reason: Was reactivation to fix an error, add a new feature, or to switch to a different primary O365 account ?
Was purge option used during deactivation?
