Issue/Introduction
Post applying CUM 4, we see a new service listed 'CA SOI WSO2 Carbon' which uses Port 9443.
Is it possible to disable the port?

Cause
This service was added to fix the catalyst registry page issue referenced here:
Resolution
Yes, a new service is expected post CU4 installation.
‘CA SOI WSO2 Carbon’
This service uses port 9443
The Catalyst registry page will not be accessible if this service is disabled or if the port is blocked.
