CUM 4 mobile.properties file location changed

Issue/Introduction

After updating SOI UI servers to CU4 the following file is missing in this location \CA\SOI\SamUI\conf\soi_conf\mobile.properties.

Environment

CA Service Operations Insight 4.2 CUM 4

Resolution

In CUM4 mobile.properties has been moved from \CA\SOI\SamUI\conf\soi_conf\ to SOI\jsw\conf. Please find the file in the new location.
