Resolution

There is a server parameter which can be found in the configuration tool named, failedTargetJobWaitInterval, which is the default setting is 12 hours.

This parameter defines the number of hours to wait before marking a jobstream complete when the Target jobs is in a Failure state.

The parameter description states:

"The amount of time to wait before converting an in-progress unknown job stream run with complete but not successful target job run to complete."
