Can existing dataset be encrypted wiith IBM Pervasive Encryption?

Resolution
A dataset is marked for encryption when it is created and not after it is created. So existing datasets cannot be encrypted.
A new dataset would need to be created and the data copied into the new dataset.
This is not a Top Secret restriction but an IBM Pervasive Encryption one. The same restriction is applicable to ACF2 and RACF.
