Apply JCLCheck PTF LU05219.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
EJCK invocation of JCLCheck in Language Environment can ABEND with
S0C4 in CAZ2CJCL CAZ2CCHK at offset x'1A8'.
 
SYMPTOMS:
IBM0534S ONCODE=8094 issuing EJCK
From entry point SELECT at compile unit offset +000002BA at entry
offset +000002BA at address 0054E16A.
System abend code 0C4, reason code 00000017.
Abend in host command SELECT or address environment routine ISPEXEC.
Actual ABEND was a S0C4 in CAZ2CJL CAZ2CCHK at +x'1A8'
