Installing additional license for Test Data Manager

Issue/Introduction

Have purchased additional licenses for Test Data Maker and the license key itself, but need guidance on how to apply this new license in DataMaker without overriding the existing license.

Resolution

No place to apply new license in TDM Web Portal anymore, so configuring Telemetry is what should be done now.
