The user's email server sent errors that there are too many connections to the host
User needs to work with internal team and reconfigure to not block messages from our IP address
To find where the email is delayed, look at the properties of the email that was delayed. If it shows that it is delayed on a Broadcom server, then open a request for our SaaS team to investigate
