Abend U2001 in TSO subtask during RLX IVP

Issue/Introduction

Calling RLXRLA and the RLXIVP CLIST receives the following messages:

 -> EXEC = RLXVSQL                                                          
 -> Connecting to DB2 SSID xxxx using plan RLX201CS and SQL requestor RLXSQL

Looking in the log on TSO there is a message:
+RFAINIT - Failed to locate RAI PC

Also the TCB list of the TSO shows an abended subtask with U2001.

Cause

RAI PC routine not configured.

Resolution

This message, RFAINIT - Failed to locate RAI PC, indicates the RAI PC routine cannot be found.
