Denied Applications Add Applications Menu bar items missing from Application Metering Policies

Issue/Introduction

Unable to add, edit, or delete software from Application Metering Policies after upgrading or installing 8.6 RU3. The menu bar items on the Software tab are missing. 

These policies are located in Manage > Policies > Software > Application Metering.

ITMS 8.6 RU3 

Resolution

This Issue is fixed in ITMS 8.7.

A point fix is available for those using 8.6 RU3 version. See KB 249427 "CUMULATIVE POST ITMS 8.6 RU3 POINT FIXES"  Specifically under Inv (Inventory Solution) / Application Metering Fixes.
