Identity Manager task is looping and generating events to task reapeatedly

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded vApp from 14.3 cp2 to 14.4 cp1 (hotfix-2) level and its been running fine but now we noticed a task that seems to be "looping". It is a task that has a workflow and it was initiated before the upgrade and today an approval was made to it and after which this "looping" seems to have started.

Please ran the command in vApp console:

deleteIDMJMSqueue

Deletes the CA Identity Manager JMS queue (/opt/CA/wildfly-idm/standalone/data/*).

It should calm down the looping task and not written new events into the task.
