EEM Migration from physical to Virtual server

Issue/Introduction

Customer is migrating their EEM server from physical to Virtual this weekend.

Need to know what steps are needed for SOI and ITPAM products that integrates with EEM?

Hostname and IP will be the same. 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

Stop all SOI and ITPAM services before the migration.

Once the migration is complete, customer needs to make sure he is able login to  EEM before restarting the SOI and ITPAM services.
