View - How to Verify Release Level

Issue/Introduction

I need to verify I am on the current version of View.

I am on current maintenance levels, and all Hypers are Applied.

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : View

Resolution

In order to Verify if you are on the current version of View, you can check the following message in the View SARSTC task: 

  SARSTC00  CA View 14.0.03 is initialized

You can check if you have all maintenance applied as follows: 

 . From the Support Portal, select My Downloads and then Product View/Deliver and selection Release 14.0. 

   You will see all published solutions listed there. 

   You can also filter on HYPERS to list the Hyper PTFs.

or 

 . You can check via CSM, if you used CSM to install the product, using "Get Latest maintenance". 

or

 . You can use the SMP/E Internet Retrieval Service -- SMP/E RECEIVE ORDER.
