CSM(MSM) Update Product Release for CA Vantage 14.1 Fails with PAS Exception

Issue/Introduction

Using CSM(MSM) and running the 'Update Product release' for CA Vantage 14.1 encounters the failure:

 

PAS Exception thrown within GetProdRelCommand Error within the Software Catalog inserting a package.!Package.Insert.Exception!  PackageItem insert request specifies package filename that does not exist: MSM..../mpm/tmproot/MSM.8273837969438184416.scratchpad/task4627/Mainframe Essentials General Availability Announcement.pdf

Cause

The pdf file (Mainframe Essentials General Availability Announcement.pdf) was specified on the product's media list, but was not there to download.

Resolution

This exception failure, caused by the missing announcement pdf, will not prevent all other Vantage 14.1 product media to be successfully downloaded into CSM(MSM).  After refreshing the page, the Vantage 14.1 Base Install pax file is available for selection.

Additional Information

A Broadcom product internal case was opened to report and correct this problem of the missing pdf file (Mainframe Essentials General Availability Announcement.pdf).
