Issue/Introduction

How can I change the severity of "robot inactive" alerts?

Environment

Component : UIM - HUB

Resolution

This is controlled in hub.cfg by the key:  robot_dead_severity

By default this is 5 (critical).

Access Raw-configure of the hub
then select hub
edit the key robot_dead_severity to the desired severity
