SOI security questions regarding AD

Issue/Introduction

I would like to use Active Directory groups to help manage security. Would like to add the AD group to a specific SOI user group to reduce the amount of management needed when team members come and go. The AD group would be managed by the specific product teams, adding and removing users so we don't have to do the same in SOI

Resolution

This is not possible base on how SOI manage permission for all the CIs.

SOI integrate with EEM, it stores the groups use by SOI and the user preferences in EEM but other permissions like access to CIs are stored in the SOI DB.
