Web Pulse and FRS may fail in health check report

Issue/Introduction

The Health Check for Web Pulse is not accurate and the test fails when the service itself works. The service test will be marked Failure but works properly.

 

Environment

Release : 8.2.5-55424

Cause

This is a bug in the 8.2.5 release and maybe earlier.

Resolution

This is fixed in the 8.2.6 release.
