Not able to login to OC after applying UIM cumulative update "Invalid Credentials"

Issue/Introduction

Unable to login to Operator Console after applying CU4 or CU5 or CU7 from UIM 20.4 using known good user password combo. Logging into Admin Console works.

"Invalid Credentials"

Environment

Release : 20.4 CU4-CU5 /CU7

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - WASP & CORE

Cause

Looking at the wasp.log from the Operator Console shows the below errors:

Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no mssql-jdbc_auth-9.4.1.x64 in java.library.path

Resolution

The java_jre installed on the OC robot is outdated.

Please make sure to upgrade the Java_jre to the latest and compatible version.

1. From IM or AC select archive.
2. Select Java_jre and make sure it is the latest version is downloaded and available.
3. Drag and drop or select the OC robot to upgrade Java_jre
4. Confirm wasp probe in OC has a port and PID 
5. Log in to the OC and verify the issue
