Issue/Introduction

You are unable to delete an SLA inside a group of SLAs.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a group of SLAs, with SLA inside.
  2. When you try to delete this SLA, nothing is being removed - however, you can delete the entire group of SLAs.

 

Environment

Release : 20.4 CU1-CU4

Component : UIM - SLA_ENGINE

Cause

This is caused by a code defect. 

Resolution

A defect has been diagnosed and will be fixed in the Cumulative Update 5 release.
