The System_MA_User is a contact within Service Desk, it's created at installation.

This account is designed specifically to be used for authentication between Client Automation and Service Desk Manager.

When you perform a Client Automation and Service Desk Manager integration, you create a local user account with the userid of System_MA_User on the Service Desk server. This account may be given any password you desire, and it can be changed to a different password if you no longer know the password.

If you change this password, you will also need to change the password in DSM's Service Desk Integration policy, and reapply this policy as appropriate.
