Progress Banner shown when we click on Export to CSV doesn't go away

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Login to Clarity New UX.
2. Navigate to Projects/Custom Object Grid with more than 1000 rows.
3. Click on the export to CSV button.

Expected Results :- Export to CSV is complete and the Banner which says Export in Progress is gone.
Actual Results :- Export to CSV is complete but the Banner still shows in Progress until we manually close it. The notification is not automatically shown and we have to click on the notifications symbol to check that the export is complete.
