Problem to install module type "Custom Assertion"

Issue/Introduction

I'm trying to install the module "ValidateSecuritySignature", but the status of it is still Accepted, and even restarting the API Gateway this status doesn't change to Loaded.

The OpenJDK version for 10.1 base and 10.1 cr1 fails to loading the tactical assertion ValidateSecuritySignature

Updating Gateway to 10.1 CR2

Patch loads properly in Gateway 10.1 cr2

Reboot after CR 2 is installed it also updates OpenJDK 

STATUS LOADED 

# rpm -q ssg

ssg-10.1.00-13889_CR02.noarch

# ./java -version

openjdk version "11.0.15" 2022-04-19

OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin-11.0.15+10 (build 11.0.15+10)

OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM Temurin-11.0.15+10 (build 11.0.15+10, mixed mode)

When installed the modular status is N/A once installed it is accepted
