cabi 8.00 install fails with Max, restarts reached for probe 'wasp'

Issue/Introduction

wasp probe fails to start during a cabi 8.00 install with Oracle as the backend database

Alarm generated:

Resolution

1. Deactivate wasp on cabi robot

2. Redeploy the wasp probe

3. Activate the wasp probe

4. Deactivate/Active the cabi probe
