CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration DX NetOps

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to set different thresholds for different partitions? There are some that are regularly over 80% but others where it is critical to alert at over 50%. 

Environment

DX NetOps CAPM all currently supported releases

Cause

Since the rule is applied to a group, the rule will apply to all devices and/or components in that group.

You would need to sort the items required to have different thresholds into different groups

 

Resolution

Put the partitions (or any other type of item this would apply to) in a separate group, and apply a separate Threshold Profile and rule to that group.
