What are the conditions for resources to show up for selection in Assigned Resources Attribute?

Issue/Introduction

Assigned resources attribute under tasks is showing limited resources or no resources at all. What could be the reasons for this?

Resolution

Following are the conditions that the lookup associated with Assigned Resources Attribute checks for.

1. Assignment Pool attributes value of "Team Only" or "Resource Pool" determine if the attribute shows all resources in the system or only resources added to the investment's team.
2. The resource should be Active to be displayed in the attribute.
3. User who is trying to assign Resources should have either "Resource Hard Book" or "Resource Soft Book" and "Project Edit Management" Rights.  The right Project - Task Management - All may provide the results needed in version 16.1.2
